St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). We offer what you need the most -- the message of full and free forgiveness through Jesus Christ, the world’s only Savior from sin. That Gospel message is at the center of everything that we do here. Our Mission:

United by faith in Christ, the men, women and children of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church gather to worship and serve our Triune God. Strengthened through Word and Sacrament, we respond to Christ’s command (Matthew 28: 19-20) by seeking lost souls for Christ and nurturing believers for lives of Christian service, all to the glory of God.

Ladies Aid

St. John’s Ladies Aid meets several times a year. The Ladies Aid is active in visiting shut-ins for their birthdays, maintaining the church kitchen, serve for funerals, Mission Sundays, Harvest Party, Spring Fest, and Lenten Suppers. They provide holiday flowers for church services and do special projects for the church when needed. They are in charge of greeting sales for the church. Donations are made from the Ladies Aid to McLeod County Food Shelf, Belle Plaine Lutheran Home, Missions, and MLC Auxiliary.
